Mr. Evgenij Gasho，He is associate professor of MEI (Modern Instruments of Environmental Safety in the Russian Federation) and expert of the Russian Government Analytical Centre.Graduated from Moscow power engineering institute, Russia and obtained PhD of Industrial thermal energetiks. He is associate professor of MEI (Modern Instruments of Environmental Safety in the Russian Federation) and expert of the Russian Government Analytical Centre. Published Over 260 publications in Russian and English, including textbooks, international research reports, Russian Standards (GOST R) in Energy Efficiency field etc.
Key qualifications:
● Development and implementation of national and international projects in energy efficiency monitoring, regional energy saving programmes, promotion of Best Available Techniques (BAT) in industry and energy generation.
● Technical, financial and environmental due diligence for energy supply infrastructure and energy efficiency investments.
● Economic life cycle models for power and heat supply infrastructure projects.
● Broad experience in working with the Ministry for Energetics, Natural Resources, Rosprirodnadzor and Rostechnadzor (especially at the regional level), regional governments (Moscow and Moscow region, Lipetsk, Voronezh, Belgorod, Bashkortostan, Murmansk, Arhangeljsk, Vorkuta, Kareliya).
● Broad experience in collaborating with industrial companies and associations (Metallurgical plant, Mosenergo, TGKs) and NGOs.
