Michael Fitzgerald is the Head of Corporate Strategy at DriveWealth. Mike is responsible for DriveWealth’s global strategies and key partnerships, with a particular focus on the Asia / Pacific region. Previously, Mike was Managing Member of VMF Advisors LLC, a strategic advisory firm. Mike was previously CEO and co-Head of Investment Banking for Madison Williams from 2009-2011, and Head of M&A and Financial Sponsors from 2004-2009 at SMH Capital, a publicly traded financial services firm. Previously, Mike was a Founder and Managing Director of Crest Partners, a venture capital and advisory firm focused on the telecommunications and technology markets.
